Lived up to all the hype. The restaurant was back at No. I know everyone has their own tastes and preferences, but I think that El Celler de Can Roca does the region proud - featuring dishes that are truly regional for the international palate. From the kitchen tour before you sit down to the wine cellar tour at the end of your meal it was just perfect. But New Year’s Eve 2018 I had a brain wave, made my booking at 11pm on 31st January 2018 and here we are, 11 months and six days later. Incredible! I went to another three star Michelin restaurant in the US a few weeks before and this one blew it out of the water. The interactive part of the dining experience adds to the fun and uniqueness of each dish.
